Never get ulcers but in the last month I've had what feels like a fluid filled blister in my mouth. It doesn't hurt. Am 25 weeks pregnant an hoping this is one of those weird pg side effects

That's so weird - I had the same today! I popped it and it bled a bit [gross emoticon]. I'm 27+5. Wonder if it is a side effect!

I haven't come across this myself, but maybe more fresh fruit and veg will make sure you're getting the vit C and other vitamins and minerals you need to prevent it from happening? hope it gets better soon!!

It's gone down this morning! I do have pg vits and took them religiously up to about 16 weeks - now only sporadically. Maybe that's what I need - will also check with midwife at my 26 week check next week

I have been reading my pregnancy book and yesterday came across an article on gums, apparently you can get something called a "pregnancy tumor" on your gums, which is scarily named but absolutely harmless and will go after your baby is born. It might be that. I'm sure its nothing to worry about, your gums can get swollen and bleed in pregnancy aswell. Always good to check but I wouldn't worry too much!
