Sore boobs -17 weeks

Can anyone please shed some light on my increasingly painful norks?

I thought it was a dog of pregnancy and went by 12 weeks- I didn't have it at first but am now finding them very painful!

Why now?

could be that some milk is already being produced or you might have a thrush or infection - do mention it at your next antenatal appointment.
or see GP if there are other symptoms - fever, breasts are too soft or too hard. check your breasts for lumps too or get them checked by someone qualified

Mine keeps coming and going (22wks) they usually hurt just before an increase in size.

Mine were painful on and off until the baby arrived!
