Is cooked chevre ok to eat ?

I know guidelines say no to chevre and other mould ripened. cheese but is it ok cooked ? I am missing it now and really fancy some.

All cheese is fine if it's cooked through

Just had this cooked in a tart while out. Fine as was cooked!

it has to be properly cooked though - for a good amount of time and at a high temperature. If ordering in a restaurant, ask about cooking times.

I made this several times while pg (substituted the saffron for a crushed garlic clove) and DD arrived fine! Smile

I was going to have it on pizza but just had boring margarita instead to be 'safe' I wish I hadn't as I feel so bloated now !.
