So I am sure I'm overreacting but I am such a worrier - please be kind........

I am only 6+6 and my delightful 3 year just ran into our room and jumped on my tummy - he doesn't know I'm pregnant as I think it's too early to tell him but I have said he needs to be careful of my tummy at the moment.

His jump won't hurt the baby will it? I know I sound completely over the top but just seeking some reassurance xx

Baby is v well padded in there and I think at your stage baby is still within the bone anyway.

Pregnancy is just 9 months of worrying though !

My ds aged 3 jumped on my tummy when I was about 10 weeks, luckily everything was ok. I think this early the womb is still within the pelvis so is protected from harm. I was really worried but at my 12wk scan baby was fine. I'm now 22wks and ds managed to jump in me again a few days ago, it really hurt but I've had plenty of movements since.

Look out for bleeding but I think baby is nicely cushioned where he/she is.

I'm 35 wks & have lost count of the times I've been jumped on by my toddler - all is still fine though
