I am having a bit of a moment. I am ten weeks pregnant with dc#2, work full time and have a 21 month old toddler to look after. A project at work is stressful and I am having to work in the office on my only working from home day for the next 2 weeks.I also have 3 hour commute a day. I am shattered. I feel sick and have started to get headaches...I have cannot change the project at work or get more rest in the week. Just feel like I can't do it all and feel very teary. Any tips on how I can put things in place to cope? I have pretty much given up on housework or cooking...

I'm in the same situation almost - 15 + 5 pregnant and a 21 month old and working full time in a stressful job. The first 13 weeks of being pg were the worst - headaches were daily and sooo tired, but then I seem to have suddenly made it through to the "honeymoon" trimester and have more energy, no headaches etc. So, just hang on in there, hopefully it'll improve over next few weeks. Also don't be afraid to ask family and partner for help!

Poor you. Tiredness in pg is a nightmare. I remember finding it hard to believe: 'am I really feeling this tired?!? This is madness!'

Go to your GP and get signed off for two weeks - fatigue and exhaustion. If your workplace doesn't know about your pg the doctor can be clever about how they word your note.

Yes, forget the housework, don't fight the tiredness, early nights, eat lots of what you want including lots of healthy stuff - lots of fruit and water.

Hang in there for the second trimester!
