25 weeks pg with DC2 tomorrow - what should I be doing?

Should I be a) sitting on a fit ball at all opportunities b) eating those extra 200 calories a day now (or is that third trimester) c) worrying about whooping cough jab d) doing pregnancy yoga (love ashtanga pre preg but preggie yoga just seems so lame) e) anything else?
I'm trying to fit in as much freelance work as possible before the baby is born but that's an aside!
