Would I know if a breech baby has turned? 37w 5d

My baby has gone breech and I think I felt it happen but not totally sure Confused. It felt like my bump went hard and then one isolated wave of something intense, not pain; can't describe it any better.

Now I'm booked in for a section next week but if the baby turns in the meantime, obv they don't need to do it.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of baby turning into correct position at this stage and what it felt like?

DD was breech from about 32 weeks and when they checked at 36 or 38 she had turned. I wouldn't have known, no, and the mw couldn't really tell her position either, they only knew from scans. They can turn late. Will they scan you again?

They will scan the morning of the section to see if baby has turned; but I am mentally preparing myself for a section so I'm not sure how I will feel if I leave without the baby having come.

Hi, my second baby stayed breech for ages before swinging round with just a handful of weeks to go. She was my second though, so things may have been a touch, uh, 'roomier' in there!

Hi
I was breech at 32 week scan and head down at 36 week scan. I couldn't pin point the time he turned but there was some big wriggling. We looked at the spinning babies website, did some polar bear positions and inversions. I also sat and rocked on ball a lot, don't know if all that helped or whether he turned on his own but as I went into 36 week scan I had no idea whether he had turned or not, although I think since he turned he's felt heavier in my pelvis and I've needed the loo more!!!
Best of luck
