I have a whole box of pregnacare conception vits still shrink wrapped. Is there an important difference between these and the pregnacare pregnancy vits? I'm tempted to use them up even though I had a bfp a few weeks ago.

So far I've been using up some vita-sackville west's conception vits Hmm

Any nutrition experts out there?

Check the levels of vitamin A as you shouldn't have a vitamin a supplement in pregnancy.
I'm guessing they have the usual folic acid, vit C,D etc.
do they have fish oils in?
Should be fine but I'm no expert. My multivitamins could be used before, during and after pregnancy.

I'm fairly certain the conception ones are also for during pregnancy. They were the ones I had at the start. Check the box, if it's the ones I think, it says on the front for conception and pregnancy.

I had some left over pregnacare conception vitamins after I found out I was pregnant. I'm taking an omega oil supplement, iron & vitamin D so decided to use them up by taking them every other/every few days & not taking my iron/vit D on those days.

I don't have the box anymore but am pretty sure it says you can use up what you've got & then move onto the pregnancy ones. Check the boots website as they're quite good at having the same medicine blurb that you would find on the box.
