Anyone else suffering? (cold)

I have felt terrible since friday, bad cold - runny nose, cough headaches the lot. Just feeling a but miserable dd is also full of cold I just want to wrap up in my duvet! Taking paracetamol but its not really helping much. Feeling sorry for myself!

I feel your pain. I had it over Xmas and paracetamol just doesn't touch it.
Maybe have a nice hot curry then a bath to try and sweat it out?
I found menthol crystals or olbas oil helped the congestion. Hope you feel better soon

Olbas oil is not recommended for use in pregnancy, nor vicks apparently?!

Karvol is what my pharmacist recommended. Used it last night and found it worked

Me too, full of it :( it's horrid. Waiting for the next half hour to see if I need to go to work or not, if not its hot bath and bed for me! Hope you all feel better soon xx

I meant karvol not olbas oil, apologies. I can't stand olbas oil but DH likes it.
