How do I attach a hood to a moses basket?

DC2 due in a few weeks, so getting all the baby gear organised. Carefully took the moses basket apart for storage / washing, but now can't put it back together. I've put the hoops into the material, which I see has little elastic loops on. I also have 2 screws, 2 nuts, and 3 little plastic disks with holes in the middle (odd number makes we wonder if one missing) which I think belong to the basket.

Can anyone explain how these all go together and where they attach on the basket? (Preferably, in detail using short words due to my poor baby brain).

From what I remember. The screws go through the hoops holding the hood and mine went straight through the basket itself. There was a small hole just beside the handles.
The discs go one inside the basket one outside to stop the screw and nut coming back out the hole so you have: screw into holes at end of hoops, disc goes on screw goes into basket, another disc on then screw on the nut.
