Anyone else had crampings at top of bump?

Hi everyone
Hoping you can help, I'm currently 25 weeks with second dc, and experiencing horrible cramps across the middle and top of my bump, been like this for two days now. I also feel completely washed out, like the feeling in the first trimester, but worse.
Otherwise no other symptoms, no spotting, no pain going to the loo etc
I've spoken to my midwife who thinks it's a virus, but just wondered if anyone else has ever had this?
Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

(oh and trouble free pregnancy so far as was the first.)

I had this! My cramps were caused by my boobies suddenly swelling up and pushing down too hard. I got myself fitted at M+S and it reallyu helped take the pressure off. Try a hand bra if you're at home and see if it eases the pain
