Started the past day or so with morning sickness, anything that could help? Just maybe ease it im roughly on about week 6-7 now.

Any advice would be grateful :)

Hi looby I started with morning sickness at the same time as you and I tried ginger biscuits, eating a plain biscuit before getting out of bed, dry toast (think I tried other things too but can't remember) I'm now 16weeks and still suffering but hopefully it will ease for you around 12-14weeks, just try and stay hydrated an try small snacks little and often. I couldn't stomach anything (not even water) and nearly ended up in hospital Sad hope it passes quickly for you!!

Eat little and often. I find eating starchy carbs, veg, grains, cereals, pulses best. Have you tried Nevasic? You can download it. Its a series of sounds ( sounds a bit like lounge music) designed to stop nausea. I think it does have some effect, partly because it takes half an hour during which you aren't dong anything else. I also wear those wrist bands but I'm not sure they do any good. Sleep helps too.

Get some travel bands
Eat whatever you fancy/can stomach (normally crabs)
Eat as soon as you wake up (have a snack by your bed)
Nibble on super sour haribo throughout the day, sour sweets really helped me

And most importantly remember that it will pass. Hope this helps.
