Well now I seem to be over the morning sickness (touch wood!) I'm thinkling about how I should be trying to get some exercise during pregnancy.
Before getting pregnant we used to do a lot of walking but in this miserable winter weather it's not exactly very appealing, especially as I'm now very limited on what I can wear to wrap up warm enough!
Would love some tips for things I can do at home? Any good books or dvd's to help? I wouldn't mind giving some yoga a go as well....
