Im 14 weeks pregnant after 3 miscarriages...2 at 11 weeks...
I had my ultra sound two weeks ago and I was fine for the week after but now im back to worrying if everything is ok.
Is there anything I can do to stop myself from worrying? Drive myself slightly insane sometimes.
My nipples are sore and I get awful heartburn so that is the only comfort i have.. am I just being paranoid?

I know how you feel. I had a mmc last July and am 13 weeks. Had my scan last week and everything was fine but now I keep worrying despite the fact I'm still suffering from hG. It's completely understandable how you're feeling. Hopefully we will both Carry and give birth to a healthy baby in July.

No worries. If you ever want to talk and destress, just message me.

I understand. I'm 17 wks after two MCs one at 12 wks, one at 17wks! I also have a dc.

It's really really hard not to worry. I find it very difficult that there is nothing I can do to change the outcome. Hormones are driving me insane, I'm exhausted as have pregnancy insomnia which just makes coping feel impossible.

There is very little you can do except look for support and reassurance where you can find it! This is where MN can be so useful. Hand holding really does help Smile
