How late can you have dating scan?

Hi, I was just wondering when is the latest you can have a dating scan? My booking in appointment will be next week when according to lmp I will be 15+3wks (this is the date midwives are going off at present), I was told dating scan will probably be the week after booking in appointment. Midwife doesn't know yet but I had a private dating scan last week which by their measurements I will be 14+6wks pregnant at my booking in appointment so if I have NHS dating scan the week after I will be 15wks. Is this not too late for a dating scan?

I don't know whether if I tell the midwife about my private scan will she still bother with an NHS dating scan? Do you think they will still give me an NHS scan if I tell them about the private one? Also I am worried they might wait a couple of more weeks and just do the anomoly scan early? Do you think they might do that? I want my anomoly scan to be at the right time!
(Sorry probably sound stupid just can't stop thinking about it all)

(My booking in appointment was delayed due to them being busy over christmas and new year and then I had to make new appointment due to work.)

Nuchal translucency test (which combined with blood test results & certain other factors like your age, can give you an estimated risk of the chance your baby has Downs' Syndrome) cut off is 13+6. But, I you're concerned specifically about Downs' or other chromosomal disorders, speak to midwife at booking in appointment. For dating, generally there's greater accuracy the earlier it's done. You don't have to mention the private scan if you prefer not to & I would have thought it doesn't negate what you are entitled to in terms of NHS antenatal care. The anomaly scan is done between 18-20+6 weeks. I doubt they'd do it earlier as they wouldn't be able to see all they need to check. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much, that really helps. Not having the NT anyway (personal choice) so I guess it should be ok.
