Bah! I think I've got some of my morning sickness back - could it be I have to take some drastic measures again

Have been on omneprazole (sp) which has eased the worst of my heartburn and indigestion. I've been back on the caffeine and even having the odd tomato, onion and bit of cheese. But today I've been getting the familiar lump in my throat feeling again.
I'm pretty sure that soya, dairy and wheat are making it worse. I can normally eat these things but I had a fairly progressive GP a few years back who reckoned these foods should only be eaten by people with a fully-functioning immune system (i.e. to digest them you needed to be in the best of health).
I'm wondering whether I should ditch my two cups of tea (after all I did without for a few months when my morning sickeness was really bad) and the soya (which I know can be indigestible.
I have a history of acid reflux - and did control it with a bland diet a few years back, was very boring but very healthy. Anyone else had the same thing? And did you cut out any foods.
I'm quite adept at eating lots of beans, pulses, fish etc so dairy isn't a bit deal for me but soya is!
