Not that I am here, or would ever be in a situation where it kicked in in week 5 .....

So. Hardcore SPD treatment?
Osteopathy, Chiropractor or Bowen Technique. Or maybe Physio.

I have been researching, and it seems the first three have, in some cases ALMOST stopped it in its tracks, and reversed some severe symptoms in pregnancy. BUt i have practitioners in all the first 3 locally who say they can help SPD in pregnancy (interstingly not seen much in the line of physios) but i know that saying they can and ACTUALLY making a difference, having lots of experience and specialist training, are not the same as just occasioanlly treating someone with milder spd. I saw one last time who did not have much experience and it did hardly anything and i am in much much much more serious shit this time.

And then, on a really random ask, anyone know anyone near salisbury?
