Violent vomiting in second trimester

Morning all
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have been really violently sick since midnight. I haven't been for the last hour or two and am managing to keep some orange squash down. Problem is that I'm now getting really bad period type pains and I'm worried I've done something to baby :( is that just ridiculous? Should I do something?

Phone your Midwife or NHS Direct and see what they think. Better safe than sorry Smile

First time posting but I couldn't read and run. At 19 weeks I had the exact same thing. I even had a little blood loss when wiping that day so terrified I went down to the ADU. I told them about the blood and my vomiting and cramping in my stomach. They weren't at all worried about the cramps and sickness, since I was projectile vomiting from the bug or whatever I had(absolutly demolished the downstairs loo Blush )they put two and two together and realised I'd pulled something in my tummy which is so easily done in pregnancy.

They checked for the blood loss but all was good(when I got home I realised cheap toilet paper had scratched up my lady bits and thats what caused the blood oops)

I know my situation was a little different with the bleed, but just going so far as to call the midwives made me feel so much better. They really won't mind if you call them. It's better for you not to worry esspecially when you already feel yucky enough from sickness!!

Sorry to hear she wasn't very good. Let hope she was just really busy and stressed and didn't mean to come across that way! Try and take it easy, i hope you're feeling back on top form soon.
