Hello,

Just wanted some advice really. I got a bfp on thursday and have worked out I am four weeks pregnant. The trouble is I have recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and had significant problems in pregnancy with ds1. How soon do you need to make your booking appointment, I don't really want to bother them till I need to?

many thanks for any help

Congratulations monkeyfeet! You can go to your gp as soon as you know. And you probably shouldn't hang about if you have other health concerns you want to discuss with them. Good luck Smile

I agree, you should be prescribed a higher dose of folic acid. Pop to see your GP this week and you can get under the care of the midwife shortly. Congratulations! :)
