I've just got a BFP today and just wondering when morning sickness usually kicks in and also when does the tiredness hit.

I've been pregnant before but I just can't remember!

Sickness around 8 weeks
Tiredness anytime, normally after 6.
Everyone is different though.

Congratulations! It was really variable for me.

PG1 - sick from 5-16 weeks. Really badly. So tired and sick I occasionally thought bad thoughts. Puked around 5 times a day by about 10 weeks. Boy.

PG2 - nauseous with dry retching from 5 weeks but faded from about 8 weeks. Still knackered though. Girl.

PG3 - nauseous and shattered from 5-16 weeks but no vomiting. Boy.

Just thought I'd mention gender for added I go! :)

Added info. Damn auto correct.

Congratulations :)

Personally, my sickness lasted from 8 weeks til 20 weeks when it stopped overnight! Threw up at least once a day, if not 5.

for me:

morning sickness: never
tiredness: never

I am 31 weeks :)

constant nausea rather than morning sickness, pretty much as soon as got the BFP
Tiredness by 6 weeks I was needing extra sleeps in day
9wks now and nausea gone pretty much apart from the odd wave, still tired though, tiredness and nausea both peaked week8

floatyjosmum · 13/01/2013 00:54

Morning sickness started this time (pg3) before I even poas and although its been worse than what it is now its still going strong at nearly 27 weeks!

I've not stopped bring tired yet but work and gave 2 kids, I also think the lack of sleep due to getting up to be sick doesn't help

Morning sickness started at about 6 weeks, and is still going strong at almost 38 weeks. It did get a bit better at about 24/25 weeks, down from being sick 10ish times a day to 1-4 ish now.

Tiredness was crippling from about 5 weeks until about 13/14 weeks, then much better.
