Whooping cough vaccine side affects

Hey,

So I had my jab the other day, now my arm is soooo sore and there is a big red mark at the site of the injection, is this normal ? Has anyone else had this ?

I had my jab yesterday at 9 am my arm has been really sore but is just starting to get a bit less sore now. I haven't had any other effects touch wood.

Yes I had a big red lump for about a week.

I had a big sore red lump that went purple like a bruise for a week. After that it went itchy and as the redness/purple faded I got a red ring around where the lump had been that lasted about 3 days. I wasn't very happy to say the least. The flu jab was fine though.
