Really bad headache and feeling sick

I am coming to the end of my 9 weeks and today I woke
Up with a really bad Headache and now I'm being sick could this be a sign of dehydration?

Sounds like a migraine, take some paracetamol, put a damp flannel on your head and go and lie in a dark room. If you are being sick a lot it could well be dehydration, up your fluid intake just in case!
