I have had very little to moan about really.I am 28 weeks and aside from the all day morning sickness for the first four months I have been pretty healthy. Early on I read with delight that in the second trimester all your energy returns and you bloom like a flower but the reality is one bout of flu and three colds in three months! Come on! Wheres my energy and blooming? Anyone else seem to be getting cold after cold at the moment? I could literally throttle anyone who sneezes or coughs near me ATM.

Anyone know what the deal is with olbas oil too? Is it ok to use? I have been using it on a tissue ...

Olbas oil is fine.
I'm also catching every cold going then passing them to DH I'm sure I read our resistance is lower in pregnancy but might be worth speaking to your gp of midwife. Mine has done blood tests.

I am getting every cold going and passing them back and forth to DH. I am making sure I take my vitamins and have discovered I am anaemic, so taking extra iron. I am hoping that will make a difference!

I am using childrens olbas oil and karvol and saline nasal drops. They do help a bit!
