I've had all my bookings with midwife sorted till DC is due in early may but I don't think we've been booked in for the GD test - think it was 28 weeks with DD1 but that was 4 years ago - have things changed?

In Bradford it's 26 weeks.

It's generally 28 weeks, but often done at other stages if I indicated eg earlier for previous GDM, perhaps later if baby measuring large, glucose in urine etc

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 10/01/2013 09:16

They booked mine in for 25 weeks.

StuckOnARollercoaster · 10/01/2013 09:28

Just checked and mine is booked for 27 weeks, but it was the hospital that sorted out the date and time for that during my first scan rather than my community midwife (who just indicated that it would be recommended when talking through my family history at booking in)

seekingpeaceandquiet · 10/01/2013 10:17

Mine is for 28 weeks.

PunkyPod · 10/01/2013 11:21

Mine was at 28 weeks and only because of family history of diabetes. Was told I'd be having one at my booking in app.

ladymia · 10/01/2013 11:31

My midwife has said it's not necessary for me to have the GD tests. I thought it was a bit odd but I am 30wks 5d today so it would probably be too late now anyways Confused

Mine is 6th March which will make me 28 weeks. Think this is generally when they are done, like others have said :) just thought I would chirp in.. Grin
