See your GP if it bothers you/causes you pain although they may not do anything until after you have given birth as you will remain prone to them throughout pregnancy.

I had a mole removed after dd1 was born as pregnancy hormones had caused it to grow and change shape, it took about30 seconds and was totally painless.
