How many weeks pregnant am I?

So don't laugh but I was in such shock in the doctors I didn't really take everything in. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated:

My last period started on 5th December the online calculator says I conceived on 17th and am due on 9th September If everything goes ok.

How many weeks pregnant does this make me? Ie do I count from first day of last period or when got pregnant?

Thanks Wommer had a very small amount of blood this morning when I went to the loo. So hoping everything's ok.

I had that with DS for the first 2 months when my period would have been due. Was scary but turned out fine.

(tbh I ended up going for an early scan - referred by mw as I spent far too much time on google and scared the crap out of myself and DH. Dr. Google is really really bad for pregnant people!)

You're also coming up to the time when the foetus will implant in your uterus which can cause a small amount of blood.

How are you feeling in yourself? Any tiredness/sickness yet?

I have been very sick and nauseous was hating it but now I am grateful for that need to puke feeling!

I have trouble with smells especially smokers on their breath which is odd as pre pregnancy I had been known to partake in the odd nicotine stick in conjunction with alcohol!

I have had nothing since 10am and am fixed to the computer!

I couldnt resist I clicked the link, turns out I probably concieved on my birthday lol!! That was a good night :)

They do say ms is a good sign :) got my fingers crossed for you!

And yy to the sense of smell thing - mine got super strong. Esp for fags, as you say, and people on the train who'd had too much to drink the night before.... boak!

Have had friends here for the last 5 nights and he is a smoker. Literally nearly covered him in vomit more than once!
