taking bloods and fainting

I have just had my blood taken and embarresting i passed out. I wouldn't mind but this is my 4th pregnancy! It usually makes me feel faint but to end up on floor omg. I really don't want this to happen again so any tips on how to stay upright!!

Lie down to have blood taken.

I had the same problem taking the first bloods I would recommend just sitting longer or asking to have bloods taken lying down. I haven't had another fainting episode though and they have taken a lot of blood since so hopefully you will be fine
