Very tender and sore breasts.

Hi am 20weeks with my second pregnancy and have very sore and tender breasts can't wear a bra or have anything touch them when it flares up keeping me awake at night any hints or advice please

I have had this badly as well. The slightest bit of cold is a trigger for mine and it is extremely painful. I have a really comfy sleep bra which is just a soft, lose crop top type thing but keeps them a bit supported and helps a lot. Cuddling a hot water bottle is also a must to me. Hope that's a bit of help x

Brought a sleep bra does help a bit thank you also using heat bag joys of being pregnant I guess lol
