Has anyone used one of these open sided hospital cots after having a baby?
I'm going to request one from my midwife/hospital, because I couldn't get Cody out of the standard hospital cot.

My dd didn't go in the cot AT ALL when we were in and we stayed in for 36 hours. It was 36 hours of beautiful skin to skin and breastfeeding :)

I did have a lot of skin to skin touch and held in my arms, as I didn't want to keep ringing the nurse/midwife to bother them to take out/put back in.
