30 weeks pregnant & for the last 3-4 months I have literally not been able to stop blowing my nose. It is constantly congested (sorry if TMI)

Anyone else in same situation? Didn't happen with first pregnancy. Worth mentioning to GP or just stick up on Kleenex for last 10 weeks??

I'm 35 weeks and it only started a week or so ago but yes I too am a snot monster! Much worse at night when I feel like my sinuses are going to explode. It's very common in pregnancy and as you can't take decongestant its pretty much the tissues or nothing!

Same here, have had sniffs and then bunged up at night since 10 weeks. Seems to be one of those lovely normal pg symptoms.

Mmm, pregnancy rhinitis! I've had it since day one. In fact it was the first thing, after implantation cramps, that made me suspect I was pregnant.

I've been congested too, the BreatheRight strips you wear across your nose have helped amazingly at night though, worth a try.

I have this too. Have been having to put sudocrem on my nose as it is sore from tissues. I hope it dissapears very soon after birth!

I'm nearly 29 weeks, and I cannot stop sneezing! It's ridiculous! I've read that it's normal, but it's very annoying!
