Have a look on the birthlight website, they have search for a teacher section or www.bwy.org (british wheel of yoga). You could also ring around local yoga centres, there should be a good selection in your area. Smile

My teacher also teaches pregnancy yoga in Chelsea, but at a private members gym - maybe contact her to see how one can join the class? yogaembodied.com/pregnancy/4548100298

Thanks everyone for your answers!!!

The main problem is the schedule.... most pregnancy yoga classes are held during the day......as if we were on our maternity leave already...!!!

Will have a look at these further schools xx

Is the Life Centre in Notting Hill convenient to you? I've done a couple of their preg yoga classes at the Islington branch and really liked them...

My yoga teacher recommends the Saturday morning classes at triyoga Primrose Hill if that's not too far for you.

Life centre in Kensington/Notting hill does great classes. Only went to a couple as didn't like the atmosphere!!! But am sure that was just me. The classes themselves were very good.

Prue Blamey www.prueblameyyoga.com/PrueBlameyYoga/Home.html runs a great class at Bishop Creighton House (bottom of Lillie Rd. I did 8 sessions before my DD was born. Found it an incredible help with my crap posture and an aching hip that bothered me on and off during the pregnancy. Prue's so attentive and holistic, and really treats each woman as an individual - the class size is small. Yoga helped a lot with optimal foetal positioning pre-birth and during labour too. Highly recommend! Om etc.
