ooch my hands!!

in 15weeks and i have sore spots on my hands and feet. there only tiny but very painful. yesterday morning i only had 3 on each hand and now i have around 10 on each.
has anyone a clue to what these are or had them before.

Could be hand, foot and mouth? Check inside your mouth and see if you have any there too- I would phone nhs direct/ gp as a precaution x

Could be a type of eczema called pomphlyx. Usually stress related but I guess pregnancy could trigger it. I'd see if you can get you GP to diagnose it but they will try to give you steroid creams. I had it before I was pregnant and had acupuncture which cleared it right up. I'm sure some alternative therapy would help get your balances back in order naturally...

still dont no what is is and its getting worse i cant get a doctors appointment untill next thursday so will just have to wait
