Hello all you lovely ladies. Got a quick question and hope you can help. I'll keep it short and simple.

So I had sex with my ex gf mid February this year, around the 16th I believe and later I found out she was pregnant - much later around the start of august. I new there was a possibility it could be mine so got in contact and she said it couldn't as it was due in January.

Now she's had the baby, was born December 27th or 28th, so the question is; is it actually possible that the baby could be mine?

Seems to me that from having sex to the baby being born it's well over 40 weeks. Although I'm no expert so any advice would be great, thank you.

Jay

Can't do the maths but it's generally 38 - 42 weeks between conception and birth (unless the baby's premature).

It sounds near on impossible to me, she would have been 45 weeks pregnant by my calculations. Unless you had sex later than 16 Feb of course? However i think it's far more likely she was due in January as she said and the baby isn't yours and she just had the baby earlier than expected.

Funnily enough, we conceived our twins on the 17th/18th February. My 40 week due date was 5 November. Being twins, I had the babies well before this date.

She could not have carried into December.
