Hi ,

Have been buying the essentials for my hospital bag and the few days following, what is it that you can put in the bath to heal grazes after a vb? (if this baby ever turns!!) I'm sure with DD I bought either witch hazel or tea tree??? Or maybe it was something else?? x x

Both are good. I used tea tree oil.

My midwife has advised me to put 3 drops of lavender oil and 1 drop of tea tree in a little milk then into the bath. She said its ok to put lavender oil neat onto a maternity pad too but I think that might sting!!

Lavender and tea tree for the bath. And sterile pads soaked in witchhazel and chilled in the fridge for any stitchesSmile
