Have you looked on the Count the Kicks campaign website? Or I believe there is a section in the pregnancy bit on here which talks about monitoring movements - may have some recommendations there.

Current guidelines say to get to know your baby's patterns of movements, and look out for changes to these, rather than a set number of movements per period, iykwim. So more movements than what is your baby's normal, or less - you should be aware of either, and call your MW/labour ward immediately if you are at all concerned - better to be safe than sorry.

I downloaded two and they were both shite! I now just go by if I've not felt anything for a while and go and have a lay down and concentrate on movements.
