Itchy nipples?!?!?

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm 13weeks an for the past couple of days Iv had a really itchy right nipple. They are pretty sore at night and have become quite dry with flaky crispy bits on (sorry tmi) is there anything that I can do to help them? And will this get better/worse throughout pregnancy?

It's normal but really annoying! You can get some Lansinoh nipple cream, that should help. Also make sure the fabric of your bra isn't irritating you (and there are no seams).

Forgot I had these! Agree re Lansinoh and seamless bras. I used to have to apply the stuff throughout the day, it was a godsend (still use it now on lips, knuckles, feet...miracle stuff).
