Ok, I know I am nagging on this subject, but...

Does a normal labour start like braxton hicks - painless hardening of the bump, quite regularly?

I didn't have a normal labour with ds, so I don't know!

Oooh, go Colditz, Go!! Have been watching out for you - you've been my 'me in a few weeks'!! Found out was preg just after you, my due date is two weeks away, and I think your ds turned 3 just before mine. Am not stalking, honest, but watching avidly!! I reckon I will go over, and am desperate not to be induced as i was with ds, so have no idea the 'early labour' signs either! Hope you're in the throes by now...

right, no labour yet, but...

had another show at 7am, and I think my waters have gone. I'm goin down to the hospital in a bit to see what's going on. So I now have until Wednesday morning to squeeze this baby out, but unless it goes that far I can have it at my local birth centre. YAY!

But no labour. Yet.

I have followed the story of this pregnancy from the 'am I or aren't I?' threads in conception through to the waters breaking thread here..it has obviously happened by now hasn't it? I just need to hear the happy ending.
