Dying hair in pregnancy..

can you? I used to have highlights but want to stop due to the cost and maintenance. I'm currently growing it out to go back to natural colour. I'd like to get my hairdresser to do a full colour tint of my natural colour.... but I am 6 weeks pregnant with #2. Can you dye a full head of hair when pregnant?

Yes.

Yeah it's perfectly fine I've always done mine all way through x

It is ok to dye your hair during pregnancy expect during the first trimester. Use natural dyes like henna and dont' forget to wear gloves.

I'm glad I saw this as I'm currently 6 weeks too and will be needing to cover the grey ones that are starting to peak through.
Emerson do you know why the first trimester is still considered such a nono?

Emerson, that's not true. Check out the nhs website - there's no evidence that any harm is caused by hair dye.
