Any Norwegians? Is Gudbrandsdalsost safe?

I love cheese and I've been given some Gudbrandsdalsost (Norwegian brown cheese, apparently) for Christmas.
It's hard and doesn't have a rind, so I think it should be fine, but I wondered if anyone knows...

DOn't know but I thought this was a baby name thread! Grin

Well, that at least made me laugh (33 weeks, tired, grumpy, tearful. Not much makes me laugh)

So you're definitely not considering "Gudbrandsdalsost" as a safe choice for a baby name? Grin

He, he, that would be a seriously bad name

According to this website www.melk.no/helse-og-livsstil/gravide-og-ammende/graviditet-og-ost/ brown cheese is fine as long as it is pasteurisised

PhoebeC · 26/12/2012 15:52

Well... I wasn't...
