My shoe size had increased by a size not due to swelling. My baby is now 6 weeks old but my feet have not shrunk. Will they go back to normal?!

Mine were a 5 & went up to a 6. Stayed that way for a while but when I lost the baby weight they did go back down again. Good luck.

I was a 6 and am now a 7.

I also now need wide-fitting shoes.

I can't tell you how many lovely shoes I had to get rid of.

Mine did

Oh no!
In the past year (I.e. before pg) I put on weight and had to start buying wide fit 7's. That's bad enough. Not relishing the thought of extra wide fit!!

I'm afraid that my feet permanently went up a size during my pregnancy with DS1. By the last trimester, all that fitted were wellies and slippers. Grin Fortunately my feet didn't continue to go up a size with each pregnancy. The swelling did go down after I had the baby though.

No, mine stayed bigger permanently.

I had a lot of shoes, all gone......

MonaLotte · 27/12/2012 08:01

I was a 3 now I'm a wide fit 5 which sucks as I could get all the small shoes in the sales and tk maxx but a, now one of the most common sizes :-( ds1 is 4 so it's not looking hopeful...

I was a 7, went up to an 8 they had just gone back to a 7 after 3 years. I'm now expecting #2 and praying they don't go back up. Especially to a 9. I'm not exactly tall and skinny jeans and flats make me look like a clown with my big feet :(
