Hi

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and having very bad morning sickness What seems to happen mostly at night
And I'm finding it hard to keep anything down :( I keep drinking water to top up in my fluids but for some
Reason the sickness today is sooo bad, what would everyone recommend ?

Ginger biscuits helped me, a little.

You poor thing. I found nothing completely stopped it but some things helped.

Those seabands that you put on your wrists for travel sickness, didn't stop it but I noticed a difference when I took them off.

Dry crackers nibbled to keep up blood sugar.

Ginger beer or biscuits.

Mint or camomile tea.

Marmite on toast (I only eat it when pg).

I also found what I could tolerate would change too. 2nd pg I absolutely could not keep down fruit or yoghurt, all the way through Sad. If you can't keep food or fluids down you might need to go to gp or mw.

Congratulations on your pg, btw.
