Hi, my baby is 10 days old and for the last few days I have had extreme pain in my vulval and pubic area. The health visitor seems to think that it is a vulval variscosity and the pain should ease over the next few weeks.
Has anyone else had this and did you find any effective ways of manging the pain and discomfort?
