my mum had severe PPH with all 3 of us. does this make it more likely that i will have it to?

I agree it's a question for your mum and your midwife. I know if you've had one you're more likely to have another (as your mum shows) but even that's not always the case. I had one after my ds but not after my dd. Like Kayzed it was very controlled and a wanted home birth was out the question!

spoke to mw she said its very unlikely i will have one just cos mum did and if i did have one it is more probably more down to chance than anything.
