So have been TTC for a number of years, lots of tests done all ok my end and few small issues with DH. GP said that fertility treatment was our only option but won't get funding as I am 40 and already have a DD10 from another relationship.

Fertility treatment was out of our price range so kind of resigned ourselves to throwing everything into DD10 and enjoying our little family.

Anyhow I am now a week late on my period and have just done a test seems to be a faint line but may be my imagination, thing is I have had a small amount of bleeding yesterday (bit on a tissue when i wipe kind of thing). This mirrors when I had an ectopic 5 yrs ago faint line slight bleeding, so am a little concerned.

Will do another test tomorrow morning as i have drunk about a gazillion coffees today which may have rendered the test a bit useless. I haven't told anyone in real life (not even DH as I don't want to get his hopes up) but needed to write it down talk.

Anyone there fancy wishing me luck!

UPDATE
I have a 10 yr old DD , not 10 DD! The thought of 10 of them brings me over all queasy lol

Well his face was a picture and he went into shock, he said he wasn't sure what he was looking at, he didn't know what a positive looks like not sure why he'd think I'd give him 4 negative tests?
Still once the initial shock wore off he was so happy and this has made our Christmas

I had to smile at the not knowing what a positive looks like. So a September baby?

That's so wonderful. Have a little tear in my eye (blame pg hormones!)! Congratulations Xmas Grin
