32 weeks and weird period pains coming and going

Hi there. Just about to leave London for Christmas and getting some very strange pains. They feel like pretty bad period pains which come and go. They are not getting worse or more intense but they are coming and going. It happened for a bit yesterday too but then it went away so I assumed they were Braxton Hicks. Should I call hospital or am I being ridiculous. I have various health problems and so this is classified as a 'high risk' pregnancy so am supposed to be having ELCS at 37 weeks.

Hope that all makes sense. Any help would be much appreciated. Just can't work out whether I'm being ridiculous or whether this is genuinely something I should look into.

What is their frequency? I would say, based on my own experience, if they are at all regular, it is worth being checked out, but if they are all over the place, they are more likely to be painful BH.

Better to call than not, I would say Smile and even if the hospital fob you off say there is no cause for concern, trust your instinct - if you feel worrried, go and be checked out.

Good luck Thanks
