light bleed at 6 weeks + 2

Hi,
I had a light bleed at 6 weeks+2, i am so worried,but its been 2 days and no more blood? I have had two healthy pregnancys before and no bleeding,so i know its not normal for me? I have an early scan in 2 days and i am so nervous!
Anyone else experienced this?

Hi, every pregnancy is different, Ihave 3 dc and each one was unique! To try and reasurre you I had no bleeding in my 1st and 3nd pg but in my 2nd one I had bleeding at about 7 weeks, totally terrified but it was fine, He is now a very healthy 8 year old. Try and stay calm, Hopefully it will be all ok xxxx

hi Ive had light bleed at 6 wks with 2 pregnancies and 10 weeks with this pregnancy and all is fine so dont worry too much, although I know its hard not to x

Thankyou, i really need to hear posative experiences like this, i am finding it difficult to concentrate, although i know these things happen, i'm glad i'll know before xmas. I am not the best person for not knowing or being patient.x

Im the most paranoid mum to be going ( this is my 7th pregnancy but 4th baby fingers crossed) Im great at telling people to be calm but not good at doing it. good luck with everything xx

Thankyou, me too, i'm only happy when our little people have arrived, so i was always gonna think the worst. What will be will be is how i'm trying to think,but the closer the scan gets the more i think its going to be bad news........x

I had a 'period' type bleed every month for the first 3 months, and some random small floods in between. 30 weeks now with a healthy baby. Bleeding can be bad news but it often isn't, so fingers crossed for you.

Don't worry ...bleeding is common but we are all wired to think its a bad thing. I've about 10 lots of bleeding and am all fine at 12 weeks x

I sound like such a wimp! i lost a baby at 13 weeks when i went to scan it had problems and i had to abort before my body did it for me and i think it left its mark. Thats why i'm thinking the worst. But i went on to have a perfectly fine pregnancy after. I'll be glad when Fridays scan is over whatever the outcome.x

my dd bled with both of hers now they are 2y and 5 months hope all ok .

Thinking of you x Are you cramping at all? really hope its just implantation, or your cervix could just be extra sensitive and may bleed a little, I have heard this is quite a common cause for bleeding and the pregnancy and baby are fine xx

no cramps, i don't know how to control the worry. I'd rather know one way or the other. It is very light, just a tiny bit when i wipe. Keep waiting for the cramps or heavier bleeding to start.x

I bled throughout my pregnancy including a really bad one at 28 weeks where they gave me steroids in case they had to deliver her early. My 14 month old DD is now fast asleep upstairs... Smile

Another bleed this morning,but still really light, scan in hour, just want to get it over with now:(

I am so confused! The scan showd a 5 week old sack? When i should be 7, plus this bleed ,plus they did a test and said it was negative, the nurse said this will lead to miscarriage. But now i've had a phone call saying my blood test result for pregnancy hormone was very high. She said it still could be miscarriage, or eptopic , or a slim chance it could just be an early pregnancy! What is goin on!?
I can't see how it could still be ok. if its eptopic what will happen?
