Anyone having a girl in March/April?

I had a little girl in April last year and have now sold the majority of her clothes ( I shopped like mad for her!) However, I have 2 carrier bags full of clothes that were all purchased new by me and most are from Next/TU etc. Most of it is summer stuff between 0-6 months. I really need the space at home now and I have been in touch with a few charities but they are full up.

If there is someone out there who is struggling financially and would really like some lovely quality baby clothes for their little baby then please let me know and I would be happy to send them to you. (no charge)

They have all been washed, ironed and folded.

that's so sweet, have you tried a woman's shelter? if they can take them they would go to some very needy women.

I have tried a few charities and they are either full, or not interested in summer clothes at the moment.

Ah well, it will make someone a nice Christmas present. There is a thread somewhere for giving away free things in chat I believe. You may have more luck there as it's a bit busier and some people may know of someone who needs a helping hand. Also some people don't bother with the pg topic once they have pushed out a babe or two

Actually i wouldn't bother trying to find that thread as it's a pian to find threads, just start a new one.

That's really lovely. I'm having a girl in march but don't think I need the help as much as others might do. There is a march 2013 group on the antenatal thread though so maybe if you asked in there there may be someone who does.
