Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone here has experienced what I appear to be experienceing at the moment.
In short, I am 6 weeks pregnant (did a test 3 days after period due date as period hadn't arrived, and I was feeling sick, and had the weird taste in my mouth). So test was positive and I was feeling exactly as I felt during the first 16 weeks or so of being pregnant with DD.
As of about a week ago though, I feel no nausea, and no other pregnancy symptoms. I'm still pregnant though (I'm assuming!) as I haven't had a miscarriage/period.
So has anyone ever experienced this disappearance of symptoms but gone on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby?
Thanks in advance!

With DD all the sickness etc disappeared at 8 Weeks. Dtds -well I think I had one week when I bloomed the rest of the time I puked continually and all the rest! Relax, every pg is different x

Yes - symptoms very much come and go. This time I've had next to none.

Oh yes. Mine seem to come and go. Some days I feel a fright, others I'm ok. I'm 13 weeks now in this pg, but had exactly the same with my DD, now 2. Congratulations on the pg!

Most of mine disappeared at around 8 weeks but returned another week later

I had sore boobs, awful skin and horrendous morning sickness until week 8, and then woke up one morning feeling absolutely peachy. I was in such a panic, google was not my friend.

Now I'm 24+5 with SPD, stretch marks and a waddle. I'm wishing I enjoyed the symptom free days whilst I could! Smile

I'm so glad you posted this, I've been exactly the same - I am symptoms monitoring like my life depends on it Blush.
I know I just need to relax but it seems a looooong 6 weeks til my scan in January

Yep. We were on holiday when I was 9 weeks and suddenly the sickness, tiredness and sore back stopped abruptly one day. I was utterly terrified (particularly since I was in a foreign speaking country and wouldn't really have wanted to go to the A&E there...) but the next day they came back, albeit very slowly. DP suggested that because I was relaxed the symptoms may have just slid a little.

It's totally normal for things to come and go and the only thing that would concern me now (if I were doing it again) are bleeding and severe cramping. Everything else isn't really an indicator of bad times.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy hon. x

Thank you all for the responses, really appreciate it. I feel really reassured. I should be grateful rather than worrying about it!
Thank you again

I'm exactly in the same situation as you! I had the worst 10 days of my life with nausea at week 5 but the last 4 days or so have actually been alright!
I was googling like mad and got so upset and worried that I have now booked an early scan for this Saturday when I'll be 7+2
my mother in law thinks I shouldn't go as I might not see anything and get even more worried....
I think I will do it though as this lack of symptoms has me very concerned!
hope you all have a healthy pregnancy xx

Yes I was exactly the same and now 7 months pg. I was so worried, googled every disaster scenario, poured over statistics. It's completely normal to worry but it's also completely normal for symptoms to fluctuate. It's the longest 12 weeks.
