Hi,

This is something I'm considering, did you go to classes or read up/ buy CD's yourself? Can anyone reccomend the best way to look into this please? X

I bought the natal hypnotherapy CD from ebay and just listened to that (it's the one from Maggie Howell I think).

I found it was very relaxing to listen to but I'm not sure how much it helped me as I'd had two straightforward drug free births previously.

Certainly give it a go. Smile

I just bought the book by Marie Mongan and CD and think its really good, helps to relax you and visualise the birth. The classes are expensive, £95 for group session, or £180 for individual session, however a friend swears by it.
