Maternity leggings

Can anyone recommend some comfortable maternity leggings, that aren't see through on the bum. I got away with normal leggings in a bigger size during my last pregnancy, but these are really uncomfortable this time. The only ones I have seen are H&M, but these are see through on the bum (not very thick). I'm quite tall (5'8'') so maternity T-shirts don't cover my bum.

I bought some really cheap ones from eBay & they were great. I only wore them under dresses though so never really considered my bum!

i'd second newlook.

Thankyou. I will try to brave a visit to New Look this afternoon (dreading how busy it will be). £15 for a pacl of two seems a good price as well.

NAR4 I have a pair of over the bump leggings. There a size small but very stretchy. There black and I never wore them throughout my pregnancy, I could send them to you if you think they would be any good?

Lived in the new look ones! Sometimes they're cheeky and sell them separately for about £8 each. I went through so many pairs and want to some even though I'm not pregnant anyone because hide muffin tops Grin

Just given them a ring and they have some in stock. Now to brace myself for the traffic. Urgh! Christmas is such a rubbish time to go shopping.

They do next day delivery online

NAR4 · 18/12/2012 13:09

Yeah! Two pairs of leggings bought from New Look and two new (longer) tops bought from H&M.

The shops were nowhere near as busy as I had dreaded and was lucky that someone pulled out of a parking space just as I got there, so parking was no problem either.

Thanks for the offer thedemented but I went shopping before seeing your post. I'm sure someone else would be interested though.

I am seriously considering chucking out all my other clothes and living and dying in my New Look maternity leggings. Bloody most comfortable thing I have ever worn in my whole bloody life.

Bunnychan · 18/12/2012 19:27

I got mine from matalan- they're over bump and long and comfy. They are thick too. Can't remember how much x

woody2313 · 18/12/2012 20:40

I also got some on Ebay - over the bump, extra thick and cheap too!

Phineyj · 19/12/2012 09:49

I got mine from Seraphine (www.seraphine.com). Not as cheap as the high street but they don't go baggy or see through. The only thing is they have so much fabric on the tummy I feel like Obelix if I pull them up, but you can roll them!
